Our story

Founded on service, driven by impact.

Erica Atanga founded Atanga SkillBridge after watching too many capable organizations and hardworking people miss out on opportunity, not for lack of talent or drive, but for lack of a bridge: the right guidance, the right systems, and someone in their corner.

From a home base in San Antonio, Texas, that idea grew into a practical, hands-on practice. We help nonprofits become grant-ready and win funding, help employers and job seekers build a stronger workforce, teach the technology and AI skills the future demands, and keep everyday paperwork moving with dependable notary services.

The through-line is simple. We do the work with you, not just for you, and we measure our success by yours.
